We believe that Green Cleaning is not an option instead it is the solution to better building practices. Where other service companies are making Green Cleaning an option we are making it a priority. We offer only Green Cleaning, and we pledge to help building managers achieve their sustainability goals by providing these services in a reliable, effective, and cost-efficient manner.

Our cleaning system begins with an initial consultation with you, the building manager to determine and set goals. We then do an internal audit to determine your buildings strengths and areas to be improved. This audit not only involves the maintenance aspect of your facility but also waste management, recycling policy, and building supplies. Together, with you, the building manager and your waste management contractor, we can ensure that your building is being cleaned without harming the environment while minimizing waste sent to landfills.

We use only detergent free cleaning products that break down to their basic form when entering the water system. Our cleaning equipment are energy efficient and rated as being friendly to the environment. Most importantly, our staff members are trained using company objectives-to protect our environment, to deliver quality beyond expectation, and to help Canadian companies achieve the highest level of sustainability in the world.

We do this by following the principles as outlined by the Canadian Green Building Council (CaGBC). With this purpose in mind our services can help your company obtain the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification. LEED is a rating and certification system established as the benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of high performance buildings.
